{"id":409,"date":"2023-11-20T11:17:14","date_gmt":"2023-11-20T11:17:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=409"},"modified":"2023-12-06T15:25:10","modified_gmt":"2023-12-06T15:25:10","slug":"rissoto-a-la-fungi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=409","title":{"rendered":"Rissoto a la fungi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INGREDI\u00cbNTEN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 gr. risotto rijst <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teentje knoflook <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 rode ui <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dl. kruidenbouillon <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 gr, kastanje champignons <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 el peterselie <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. witte wijn <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 gr. roomboter limoensap<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Fruit de gesnipperde ui en geperste knoflook in een zware pan tot de ui glazig is, voeg de rijst toe en roerbak deze zo&#8217;n 3 minuten mee. Voeg nu de witte wijn toe en blijf roeren tot het geheel is opgenomen.<br>Doe nu scheutje voor schuitje de helft van de bouillon bij de rijst en wacht iedere keer tot het vocht door de rijst is opgenomen, laat vervolgens, 20 minuten zachtjes koken met de deksel op de pan en af en toe roeren. Haal van het vuur en laat 5 minuten rusten. Kook de paddenstoelen in ca. 3 minuten in de overgebleven bouillon, hak ze fijn en roer ze met de peterselie door de Risotto.
