Schil de peren en snijd in kleine stukjes. Leg nu de twee plakjes bladerdeeg op elkaar zodat je 8 puntjes krijgt. Verdeel het amandelmengsel over het midden van de vierkanten, Iaat rondom 2cm vrij en leg er de stukjes peer op. Vouw de hoeken naar binnen, over de vulling heen en bestrijk deze met de eierdooier.
