Meng in een kom de honing, boter (op kamertemperatuur), pindakaas, kaneel en de eiwitten door elkaar tot een glad mengsel. Schep met een spatel de cruesli en de rest van de ingredi\u00ebnten er doorheen. Schep het mengel in de bakvorm en druk stevig aan. Zet nu in de oven en bak in 25 minuten gaar en bruin. Laat de mueslikoek 15 minuten afkoelen op een rooster. Snij de koek in repen en laat helemaal afkoelen op het rooster.
