Leg de plakjes in een schaal water waarin je de halve citroen hebt uitgeperst. Zet 4 min. in de magnetron zodat de appel zacht is. Meng 3 el. abrikozenjam met 2 el. water. Bladerdeeg in 6 stroken snijden en bestrijken met de jam, vervolgens de appel er in laagjes opleggen en bestrooien met kaneel. Rol ze op en stop ze in het bakblik.
