Breek een ei en doe dat in de mok. Mix dit heel goed zodat er geen klontjes bloem in de hoekjes achterblijven. Schenk de melk en de olie erbij en roer goed door en voeg het vanille extract toe. Zet je mok in de magnetron en verwarm drie minuten op maximaal vermogen (1000 watt.
