Fruit in een grote koekenpan de gesnipperde ui, prei en de champignons en voeg de kipfilet toe. Blijf goed omscheppen, voeg de ketjap toe en bak het vlees lichtbruin. Als dit klaar is zet je het afgedekt apart. Kluts de eieren in een kom, doe er zout &amp; peper bij en vervolgens de taug\u00e9 de klein gesneden plakjes ham en de garnaaltjes. Doe het eiermengsel in de koekenpan en bak de omelet af. Draai de omelet tijdens het gaar worden een keer om, een deksel op de pan helpt om de omelet mooi stevig te laten worden zodat je deze goed kunt omkeren. Leg het groente\/kip mengsel op de omelet en vouw deze dubbel.
