Sambal Oelek <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tl. bruine suiker <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 el tomatenpuree <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 el Geraspte Kokos<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kook de eieren hard in 8 minuten en pel ze. Snipper de ui en hak de knoflook fijn en verhit 2 el olie, wok de uien en de knoflook op een laag vuur. Voeg de sambal Oelek, suiker en tomatenpuree toe en bak deze kort mee. Voeg 3 dl kokend water toe en laat het geheel 3 minuten doorkoken. Roer de geraspte kokos door de saus en zet het vuur laag. Kerf de gepelde eieren lichtjes in zodat de smaak er beter intrekt.
