Prak de eieren met een vork zo fijn mogelijk. Pluk de peterselie en hak fijn. Snijd de bieslook fijn en hak de kappertjes en de augurk ook zo fijn mogelijk. Doe vervolgens de halvanaise, de yoghurt en de rest van de ingredi\u00ebnten in een kom en meng goed.
