Dijon mosterd <br>500 ml. water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boter in de pan laten smelten en vervolgens de bloem er doorheen roeren tot er een mooi glad papje ontstaat. Voeg al roerend het water en de bouillonblokjes toe en breng aan de kook. Roer de mosterd er door en breng eventueel iets op smaak met wat zout. Nu laat je de saus doorkoken tot het de gewenst dikte heeft.
