Voeg nu de wildfond en de tijm toe en breng aan de kook. Draai het vuur laag en laat de saus tot de helft inkoken. Bak intussen de champignons die je in vieren hebt gesneden goudbruin in de rest van de boter en roer samen met de slagroom door de saus. Breng geheel aan de kook en laat de saus op een matig vuur in een minuut of 20 \u00e1 30 langzaam indikken. <br>Neem de tijm uit de pan en breng op smaak met zout &amp; peper.
