Het zijn extra grote<br>dadels, zacht en honingachtig zoet. Je kunt dit al een dag van tevoren bereiden. Heerlijk bij lamsvlees!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Breng in een steelpan de vleesfond aan de kook en voeg de fijngehakte sjalotjes toe, kook 8 tot 10 minuten. Verwijdere de schil van de mandarijntjes en verdeel in partjes, snijd de (bittere) &#8216;draadjes&#8217; weg en voeg samen met de in kleine stukjes gesneden dadels toe aan de jus.
