Konfijt de teentjes op een zacht vuur in ca. 30 minuten in het ganzenvet. Laat hierna afkoelen en haal ze uit de schil. Wanneer alles op kamertemperatuur is dan pureer je in de blender de knoflook samen met de eierdooiers tot een glad papje en voeg je al draaiend, schuitje bij schuitje de olie toe zodat de saus als een mayonaise<br>witte wijnazijn (zacht)bindt.
