{"id":557,"date":"2023-11-25T10:13:38","date_gmt":"2023-11-25T10:13:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=557"},"modified":"2023-12-06T15:14:08","modified_gmt":"2023-12-06T15:14:08","slug":"lasagne-met-chili-con-carne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=557","title":{"rendered":"Lasagne met chili-con-carne"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN <br>2 stengels bleekselderij <br>1 ui gesnipperd<br>2 el. geraspte wortel <br>2 teentjes knoflook <br>650 gr. rundergehakt<br>1 el. chilivlokken <br>1 tl. komijnpoeder <br>1 tl. kaneelpoeder <br>2 el. tomatenpuree<br>2 blikken tomaatblokjes <br>1 blik kidneybonen (uitgelekt) <br>375 gr. ver lasagnevellen<br>150 gr. geraspte kaas <br>200 gr. zure room<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verwarm de oven op 200\u00b0C. Roerbak de in plakjes gesneden selderij, ui wortel en knoflook ca. 5-6 minuten. Voeg het gehakt toe en roerbak een minuut of 5. Voeg nu de specerijen toe en roerbak geheel nog eens 2 min. Voeg de tomaatblokjes, 125 ml water en de bonen toe en laat de saus 25 minuten inkoken &#8211; af en toe omscheppen. breng op smaak met zout &amp; peper. Bekleed de bodem van de ovenschaal met 1\/3 van de lasagnevellen en schep hierop een flinke laag chilisaus. Herhaal deze lagen en eindig met met een lasagnevel. Meng de kaas met de zure room een snufje zout &amp; peper en verdeel dit mengsel over de lasagne.
