Trofie* of Fusili<br>2 teentjes knoflook <br>2 tl. chilipoeder of -vlokken <br>20 scampistaarten (gepeld) <br>500 gr. kerstomaatjes <br>1 blik kikkererwten 400gr.<br>100 ml. witte wijn <br>bosje platte peterselie <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kook de pasta beetgaar volgens de aanwijzing op de verpakking, giet af, maar bewaar \u00e9\u00e9n opscheplepel kookvocht. Verhit twee eetlepels olijfolie in een wok en bak in ca. 30 sec. de knoflook met de chilivlokken, voeg de scampi&#8217;s toe en roerbak zo&#8217;n 2 \u00e1 3 min. tot ze mooi roze kleuren. Neem de pan van het vuur en schep het garnalenmengsel op een bord. Zet de pan weer op het vuur en roerbak de kerstomaatjes zo&#8217;n 8 min. tot ze mooi zacht zijn, voeg de kikkererwten en de wijn toe en laat zachtjes op een laag vuur garen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Gerolde spiraalpasta laag vuur garen. Breng op smaak met wat zout. Voeg de pasta en het kookvocht toe en daarna de scampi&#8217;s en laat alles al omscheppend goed doorwarmen.
