Snipper de knoflook en hak de rozemarijn blaadjes fijn. Snijd de champignons in mooie plakjes. Verhit een scheut olie uit het potje van de gedroogde tomaten in een wok en roerbak hierin de knoflook en champignonplakjes ca. 5 minuten. Schep de pasta, rozemarijn, de tomaatjes er doorheen en bak in enkele minuten door en door warm. Snijd de schnitzels in dikke repen en schep ze door de pasta, dien gelijk op.
