Italiaanse kruiden <br>250 gr. kerstomaatjes <br>600 gr. verse spinazie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* i.p.v zeewolf kan je ook bijv. kabeljauw of pangasius nemen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Snijd de visfilet in stukken en marnieer ze in een kom met 1 el. olijfolie, knoflook, paprikapoeder en de gedroogde Italiaanse kruiden. Roerbak de gesnipperde ui in 2 el. olijfolie gedurende 2 minuten, voeg de stukjes vis er aan toe en roerbak voorzichtig nog eens 2 minuten. Doe nu de kerstomaatjes erbij en roerbak nogmaals 2 minuten. Verhit een wok of braadpan op hoog vuur met twee el. olijfolie en roerbak hierin de spinazie. Laat de blaadjes al roerend slinken en breng op smaak met wat zout. Kook de pasta volgens opgave beetgaar en giet af.
