Leg steeds op ca 8 cm. met een theelepel de vulling op een vel, kwast in met eiwit en leg er vervolgens weer een pastavel bovenop. Druk rondom de vulling goed aan en snijd met een pastawieltje of mesje grote vierkanten uit. Breng een ruime pan water aan de kook met 2 el. zout en kook de ravioli in ca. 4 minuten gaar (ze komen bovendrijven).
