Worcestersaus <br>330 ml. bier <br>1 blik tomatenblokjes <br>400 gr. verse pasta <br>Peterselie voor garnering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Bak de bacon op een rustig vuur in ca. 4 tot 5 minuten krokant, voeg de fijn gesneden ui toe en de in ringen gesneden prei. Roerbak 3 tot 4 minuten en doe dan de knoflook en de tijm erbij en bak nog eens een minuut of 2. Zet het vuur hoger en voeg de tomatenpuree toe, bak 1 minuut en doe het gehakt erbij en bak al roerende 5 tot 6 minuten. Voeg de worcestersaus, het bier en de tomatenblokjes toe, breng aan de kook, zet het vuur lager en laat in ca. 30 minuten inkoken tot het vocht vrijwel verdampt en de saus ingedikt is. Kook intussen de pasta en bewaar 80m1. van het kookvocht en voeg toe aan de saus. Roer om om de saus wat los te maken.
