Fruit de ui, knoflook, peper en tomatenpuree in het bakvet en voeg de bleekselderij, courget en de wortel toe en bak 5 minuten mee. Doe nu de toe en na 5 minuten de rode wijn, laat ca. 10 min. inkoken. Doe nu de tomaten met vocht en het bouillonblokje toe, roer goed, leg er een bosje basilicum en rozemarijn bovenop en laat 30 tot 40 minuten  stoven. Breng op smaak met zout en peper.
