Breng in een wok een laagje water aan de kook en zet een stoommand op de wok. Het water mag de stoommand niet raken! Leg de oesters in de stoommand. Draai het vuur laag en laat de oesters 5 minuten zachtjes stomen tot ze open staan. Open de schelpen met een oestermes indien ze na 5 minuten niet uit zichzelf Roer intussen alle overige ingredi\u00ebnten, behalve de arachideolie, in een vuurvast schaaltje tot een saus. Doe de arachideolie in een pannetje en verwarm de olie op hoog vuur, totdat deze licht begint te dampen. Giet de hete olie over de ingredi\u00ebnten van de saus. Roer de saus goed door en verdeel over de oesters.
