Was de rode pepers en verwijder de zaadjes en zaadboom om ze vervolgens in ringetjes te snijden. Maak de lente-uitjes schoon en snijd in ringetjes en pel de knoflook en hak net als de bieslook fijn. Week de glasnoedels in kokendheet water volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking. Verhit olie in een wok en bak de peper, knoflook en lente-ui ca. 1 minuut. Voeg de garnalen en de spitskool toe en roerbak een goede 3 minuten, blus af met de sojasaus en de rijstwijn. Giet de noedels af en meng ze met de overige ingredi\u00ebnten in de wok.
