{"id":644,"date":"2023-11-26T10:01:17","date_gmt":"2023-11-26T10:01:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=644"},"modified":"2023-12-06T15:02:41","modified_gmt":"2023-12-06T15:02:41","slug":"kung-pao-chinese-garnalen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=644","title":{"rendered":"Kung Pao chinese garnalen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN <br>500gr rauwe tijgergarnalen<br>1 groene paprika <br>3 teentjes knoflook <br>30gr gember (potje)<br>4 chilipepers <br>4 bosuitjes <br>1 el. lichte sojasaus <br>1 tl. donkere sojasaus <br>2 tl. suiker<br>1 tl. ma\u00efzena <br>2 tl. zwarte Chinese azijn  <br>1 tl. sesamolie <br>3 el. pinda&#8217;s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maak de paprika schoon en snijd in kleine stukjes, snipper de knoflook, maak de bosuitjes schoon en hak ze fijn en snijd de chilipepers in kleine stukjes. Roer voor de saus de sojasaus, suiker, ma\u00efzena, azijn en de sesamolie door elkaar. Verhit 1 eetlepel olie in een koekenpan en rooster hierin de pinda&#8217;s goudbruin. Neem de pinda&#8217;s uit de pan en doe er 3 eetlepels olie in, bak de garnalen aan iedere zijde ca. 2 minuten goudbruin, hal ze uit de pan en bak in het braadvet de stukje paprika ca. 3 minuten. Voeg de knoflook, de gember, de chilipeper en de bosuitjes toe en bak ze tot het gaat geuren. Voeg de saus en de garnalen toe en laat 2 minuten zachtjes op het vuur staan.
