{"id":671,"date":"2023-11-27T09:19:38","date_gmt":"2023-11-27T09:19:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=671"},"modified":"2023-12-06T15:00:48","modified_gmt":"2023-12-06T15:00:48","slug":"eierbakjes-met-zalmsoldaatjes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=671","title":{"rendered":"Eierbakjes met zalmsoldaatjes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN<br>150 ml. cr\u00e8me fraiche <br>75 gr. geitenkaas<br>4 eieren <br>4 kerstomaatjes<br>4 plukjes dille of dragon <br>4 sneetjes casinobrood <br>200 gr. gerookte zalm        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verwarm de oven voor op 180\u00b0C en meng in een kom de cr\u00e8me fraiche met de geitenkaas (verbrokkeld) tot een glad mengsel, breng op smaak met zout &amp; peper. Verdeel dit over de 4 ingevette ovenbakjes, breek boven ieder bakje een ei. Leg er een tomaatje en plukje dille op. Zet vervolgens de bakjes in een braadslee of vuurvaste ovenschaal en schenk er kokend heet water bij zodat de bakjes halverwege onder water staan. Zet 15 tot 20 minuten in de oven tot de eiderdooiers net gestold zijn.
