Wrijf in met de marinade en laat ca. 15 min. staan. Frituur de vissen in hete olie, zo&#8217;n 3 \u00e1 4 minuten in een wok. Giet de overtollige olie af tot er een mooi dun laagje in de wok achterblijft. Snij het witte deel van de bosuitjes fijn en meng met de andere ingredi\u00ebnten in een kom. Doe samen met de bouillon over in de wok en breng aan de kook. Doe nu de vissen weer in de pan en laat 3 tot 4 minuten smoren. Keer halverwege \u00e9\u00e9n keer!
