Snij ze in blokjes van ongeveer 2&#215;2 cm.<br>Roer het zout, kruiden en specerijen en de olijfolie door elkaar en schep de blokjes zoete aardappel er doorheen. Mix goed zodat de aardpaalstukjes rondom goed bedekt zijn.
