Schil en halveer de peer, verwijder het klokhuis en snijd in dunne plakjes, halveer de witlof en snijd de grote helften nogmaals door midden. Bak de peer zo&#8217;n twee minuten met de spekjes mee, schep de witlof er door en bak in ca. 6 minuten bruin aan. Schenk het perensap in de pan, voeg de rozemarijn toe en draai het vuur hoog.
