(Zorg dat de blaadjes aan het stronkeinde aan elkaar blijven zitten). Verhit de boter in een grote koekenpan. Bak de lof al omscheppend op hoog vuur tot het begint to kleuren. Draai het vuur iets lager en Iaat nog een paar minuten goudbruin bakken Bak in totaal een minuut of 10 tot 15 (ik doe halverwege de deksel er op).
