Druk ietwat aan zodat het hele bakje is bekleed. Snij de waterkersblaadjes grof (gooi de steeltjes weg) en verdeel samen met de erwten over de 4 bakjes. Klop de eieren los en meng met de slagroom, fijngesneden kruiden en kaas. Schenk over de quichebodems en verdeel er de fijn gesneden ham over.
