Giet ze af en bewaar de Balsamico. Verwijder de buitenste bladeren van de rode kool en snij deze heel fijn. Verhit 3 el. olijfolie in een wok en roerbak de kool ca. 3 minuten op hoog vuur, goed blijven rondscheppen. Voeg de rozijnen toe ban bak 1 minuut mee, doe nu 4 el. balsamicoazijn en de gehalveerde druiven erbij en bak alles nog eens een paar minuten.
