Verwarm een pannetje met 500 ml. water, de suiker en de azijn (niet laten koken) en als de suiker volledig is opgenomen dan haal je de pan van het vuur en giet je de vloeistof over de rettich blokjes. Doe deze in een container en laat afkoelen.
