Chinese rijstwijn<br>2 bosjes bimi<br>120 gr. endamame<br>270 gr. sobanoedels<br>2 el. sesamzaadjes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meng voor de marinade de sesamolie, 2 el tamari en de gember in een schaal en snij de zalm in stukken van 3 cm. Schep alles door elkaar en laat 10 min. marineren. Verhit twee lepels olie en wok hierin de helft van de zalm 2 tot 3 min. , neem uit de pan en bak nu de andere helft op dezelfde wijze met 2 el. olie. Laat de zalm afgedekt met alu. folie 5 min. rusten. Voeg de rest van de olie in de wok en voeg de rijstwijn, bimi, endamame, de rest van de tamari en 60 ml water toe. Bak omscheppend in 3 tot 4 min. tot het<br>vocht ietsje is ingekookt. Voeg de zalm en de noedels toe, schep voorzichtig om tot het is doorverwarmd.
