{"id":839,"date":"2023-12-06T08:35:08","date_gmt":"2023-12-06T08:35:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=839"},"modified":"2023-12-06T14:40:10","modified_gmt":"2023-12-06T14:40:10","slug":"noedelsoep-met-gambas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookingpleasure.nl\/?p=839","title":{"rendered":"Noedelsoep met gamba&#8217;s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>INGREDI\u00cbNTEN<br>500 gr gepelde gamba&#8217;s<br>2 Itr. kippenbouillon (blokje)<br>1 rode ui<br>3 struikjes mini paksoi<br>1 el. geraspte gember<br>2 tl. sambal (badjak)<br>1 limoen<br>250 gr. rijstnoodles 3mm*<br>1 winterwortel<br>2 el. sojasaus<br>1 blikje bamboescheuten<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bak de gamba&#8217;s zo&#8217;n 2 tot 3 minuten in een wok op een hoog vuur totdat ze roze kleuren, gebruik hierbij een goede plantaardige olie. Leg ze apart en doe de bouillon in de wok, samen met de gember, de sambal, de in dunne plakjes gesneden limoen en de bamboescheuten laat 5 minuutjes langzaam<br>koken. Kook de noodles in ruim water tot ze beetgaar is en voeg de rode ui en wortel die je beiden in dunne ringetjes\/plakjes hebt gesneden met de paksoi toe aan de soep en laat een minuut of 5 zachtjes koken. Breng de soep op smaak met de sojasaus en verwijder de schijfjes limoen. Voeg de gamba&#8217;s toe en laat alles nog even verwarmen.
