Maak de lente-uitjes schoon en snij in schuine ringetjes. Verwijder indien nodig de buitenste bladeren van de paksoi en snijd de steel-<br>aanzet er af. Was de paksoi en lat uitlekken. Pel en snipper de knoflook, dep het vlees droog en snij in reepjes. Kook de mie volgens de aanwijzing op de verpakking. Rooster de cashewnootjes in een droge wok tot ze mooi verkleuren en neem uit de pan. Verhit nu 2 el. olie in de pan en bak de biefreepjes op een hoog vuur bruin in 1 tot 2 minuten. Breng op smaak met zout &amp; peper\u2026 neem uit de pan. Verhit 2 el. olie in dezelfde pan met het bakvet en roerbak er de broccoli ca. 4 minuten in. Voeg de paksoi toe<br>en bak nog een minuut of 2 mee. Voeg nu de sambal, lente-ui, knoflook en 8 el. sojasaus toe en breng het geheel aan de kook. Roer het vles en de mie en de cashewnoten er doorheen en verwarm het geheel.
