Doe het gemarineerde vlees en de ui in een zware vuurvaste stoofpan of een traditionele (Chinese) kleipot, voeg de bouillon toe. Doe nu alle paddenstoelen en de in stukjes van 2cm gesneden lente ui erbij en breng het geheel aan de kook. Als de bouillon kookt, zet het vuur lager en laat zo&#8217;n 20 minuten sudderen. Schep de stoof in kommen en geef er gestoomde rijst bij, een heerlijk winters gerecht!
