Meng alles ingredi\u00ebnten voor de marinade in een grote kom en houdt \u00e9\u00e9n lente-uitje (grof gesneden) apart voor de garnering. Als de marinade iets te droog is kan je er wat water aan toevoegen. Doe het vlees in de marinade, schep goed om zodat het vlees helemaal bedekt is en zet afgedekt zo&#8217;n 90 minuten in de koelkast. Niet langer want<br>anders kan het vlees te zout gaan smaken. Verhit een grillpan op matig vuur en bak hierin het vlees. De marinade geeft het vlees een glanzend laagje.
