Het gehakt kan vrij nat zijn door alle vloeibare ingredi\u00ebnten. Voeg wat extra paneermeel toe. Hoeveel moet je echt zelf aanvoelen. Je hebt een stevig mengsel nodig, waarmee je goede ballen kunt rollen.<br><em><strong>Tip: <\/strong>Om te voorkomen dat je ballen in de pan uit elkaar vallen, kun je het gehakt een paar keer in de komsmijten. Zo &#8216;sla&#8217; je de lucht eruit en blijven je galletjes beter dicht.<\/em><br>Draai, zodra je klaar bent met kneden, kleine gehaktballetjes en rol deze voor het bakken nog \u00e9\u00e9n keer door het paneermeel. Braad in een ruime braadpan ca. 25 minuten en keer geregeld.
